There are many skills and attributes about women that make us unique and allow us to stand out, especially in male-dominated industries.
When you’re the only woman in the room, own that sh*t. Take advantage of the opportunity and do your best to position yourself for success.
Don’t forget, people remember those who stand out, so whether you’re the only woman in a room full of men or you’re serving looks in your power suit on stage – it pays to be different.
BUT beware, your femininity cannot be the ONLY tool in your toolbox. Just like everybody else, it is imperative that you prove you deserve to be in the room. That you deserve to be in positions of influence and power.
You are who you are because of the things you’ve accomplished and people need to know that!
Historically, women have been taught and conditioned to be seen and not heard but we’re blowing the roof off this place, it’s 2023. We’re here to take what’s ours, but only what we’ve earned.
I encourage you to lean into your femininity and add it to the mix of the many other wonderful qualities about you.
