So ask yourself: Are you hiring to grow — or hiring to stay in control? Are you surrounding yourself with comfort — or excellence?

Jealousy is the silent killer of great leadership. Confidence is what replaces it.

A real Young Boss isn’t trying to be the best in the room — they’re trying to hire the best and create a room where greatness thrives.
